A pellet stove adds a cosy touch, ideal for winter evenings.
The house has a spacious bathroom with a washing room, two showers, two toilets and four washbasins, providing a functional space for the whole family. There is also a changing area and storage room (both caves).
There are three large bedrooms, with two having walk through corridors, which could be used for a multitude of things. There’s a study / office off the kitchen, with a pantry, which could, if desired, become a further bathroom. The dressing room offers generous storage space, adding to the practicality of the home, a cosy lounge with wood burner and also a bodega/wine cellar area, ideal for keeping the wine at a good temperature.
The well-equipped kitchen is deceptively spacious, and could have further worktops added if desired.
Back to the outside, the outdoor swimming pool is 8m by 5m, and has a large paved area, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the pool in the lovely Spanish summer. This also has amazing views across the valley, compleing this idyllic picture, providing the perfect place to relax and enjoy sunny days.
