13-4836/6632 - 5 Bedroom 2 Bathroom Detached Villa in Sax Sold

Large house with pool and tennis court. We are proud to offer for sale, this lovely 2 storey house in Sax, with large 12x8 pool, tennis court, large garage, car port, outside BBQ area and 5 bedrooms with 2 full bathrooms and 1 WC. The house has mains drinking water, and also has a 20,000 litre backup water deposit (the old swimming pool, which is now covered in concrete, and is piped to the house).

The house is partially double glazed, and features lovely stained glass in many of the doors.  It's also only around 1-1.5km from the town, so a comfortable walking distance.

As you enter the house, you are greeted by an entrance lobby, fully glazed and bright, leading into the large living and dining area, with the kitchen leading off via a doorway.  To the other side is the staircase to the upstairs bedrooms, and two bedrooms downstairs with a full bathroom.

The house is in good condition, but may benefit from being updated, and there is a potential to make a large master suite upstairs.

Please watch the video for a complete guide to the house.
