Use the search criteria on our website to shortlist the properties that match your needs. We’ll then keep you updated with information about those and similar properties as they come onto the market. We pride ourselves on only sending you details of properties that would appear on your shortlist, once we know your criteria we do the searching for you.
You can contact us at anytime and we’ll explain more about the properties you are considering so no need to make wasted trips to view.
Viewing trips
And when you are ready to view properties in person we offer viewing visits with airport pick up and private accommodation in the local area. Giving you the chance to not only see properties but also to experience the local towns and hamlets and all they have to offer. If you buy with us we’ll even refund the cost of that viewing trip.
A personal service
Our knowledge of the local area and properties and their value means when you make an offer we can have sensible conversations negotiating the price for you with vendors who can be locals or from overseas. And once that’s agreed we’re there every step of the way to make the buying experience as easy as possible.
The extra service you get from us
In Spain you need an NIE number to own a property. This can only be applied for once a purchase has been agreed. We can help you with the paperwork to get your NIE number. We work with local English speaking legal teams who will arrange to get your NIE number for you. Alternatively, we can arrange for one of our team will even go with you to the local police station to get it.
Access to legal and banking services
Having a legal representative who speaks your language helps our clients through the buying process with ease. They work to ensure you are kept informed of progress and will accompany you on the day your purchase goes through to a local Notary who witnesses the transfer of ownership of property. They also arrange for the transfer of utility services to you once the sale has completed.
You’ll also need to have a local bank account so those utility bills can be paid. We have linked up with a national Spanish bank where the local manager speaks English. This particular bank provides a service which does not incur bank charges for the first year. They will set up your account, your direct debits and offer great deals on household insurance. All of which can be done in just one meeting.
After you’ve bought
But we don’t just abandon you once you’ve bought with us. We offer a range of other services:
-Help in locating and buying a car
- Property services include; home monitoring, pool cleaning, gardening
- Minor upgrades such as painting through to major home refurbishments. We personally project manage on your behalf using a team of locally sourced reputable tradespeople. Ask us for more details on this service.
In short we make it our job to make sure you not only easily buy the place of your dreams you have all the services you need to enjoy it.

Once the work has been agreed we give you sensible budgets and timescales so you know exactly what will happen and when. We’ll also agree when you need to make decisions on those all important fixtures and fittings that will make you house your home.
